By signing up and using services on CandyHits you agree to the
following Terms of Service:
As a Member of CandyHits I request that the administrators do NOT
give out any of my submitted personal information for any reason.
I further agree that I will be using an email address that does NOT
lead to a
non-existent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and
bounce emails. I further understand that should emails sent to me
bounce, I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any
credits that I may have earned.
It is okay with me if the
Administrators of CandyHits send me the occasional email if they have
news or something they feel is worth my consideration. I understand
that the Administrators will not abuse this and emails will be kept to
a minimum. If they send too many, or for any reason I may quit the
program at any time.
Site Rules---You must NOT submit any sites
that:
-Are pornographic in nature or are Racist, Hate motivated or
Illegal on the CandyHits Site as they WILL NOT be approved.
-Contain frames, active X, illegal or uninvited downloads, viruses,
Trojans, more than 1 pop-up (this includes exit pop-ups as well), fly
in ads, or other pop ups that move on the screen.
-Are rotators or contained within a rotator except for the following:
Page Swirl, WebCentreSurf, MaxTrafficPro and Traffic Splash. In
addition, it is extremely time consuming to locate a particular site
if/when a site is reported to be causing issues that is contained
within a rotator, therefore, it is YOUR responsibility to only include
sites within the submitted rotator that will not cause any issues,
including, but not limited to, pausing the surfing timer, etc. If a
particular site within the rotator is reported to be causing issues,
then you MUST remove the site from the rotator or I will have no choice
other than to remove the complete rotator. You will only receive ONE
warning before the rotator must be corrected because if it receives a
second report, it will be deleted. If there are additional rotators
that you would like me to consider, then please forward them to me
before placing them into rotation.
-URL/Domain Name Forwarding.
-Your site may not load banned sites in iframes.
-Sites with sound/audio, etc. MUST have an easily accessible off
button/feature that requires only 1 click to turn the sound off.
-All sites must be 90% English!!
-Your site must be family-friendly!!
Sites can be removed without notice for reasons not listed
above if it negatively affects surfing or if you are caught cheating in
any way. If in doubt of the acceptability of a site, you MUST contact
the Administrators PRIOR to setting it up. Continuously submitting
sites that violate these terms may result in your membership being
terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all
earnings that you may have accumulated.
Account Rules:
-If caught cheating in any way, your membership may be cancelled,
your sites/banners deleted, you will also forfeit any and all income
that you may have earned.
-You may only have ONE account per person. Duplicate accounts WILL
be closed and continued registration with duplicate accounts WILL
result in in your IP, email address, etc. being permanently banned on
CandyHits.
-You cannot login from two different computers at the same time.
-You MUST have a valid email address.
-Your email must NOT have any auto responders or bounce.
-You cannot share your login information with anyone.
-ONLY the account holder may surf the exchange.
-You may not use any programs, scripts, etc that will surf for you.
-You MUST surf at least once every month.
-Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 6 months WILL be
deleted.
-You must only email your direct referrals ONCE per week and must
NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. It is your/my
understanding that if it is reported that you have violated this
privilege, that your account will be deleted.
-Spam is not
permitted. If your account has been found to be sending spam, it will
be removed without notice. You will NOT be able to sign up
again.
"Any advertising (or suspected advertising) of your referral url using spam will result in your membership being removed without notice"
Disclaimer:
CandyHits contains links to outside sites and is not responsible
for content on these sites. Use caution when entering any information
into sites! CandyHits is not responsible for any lost credits, or any
damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our
services.
Advertisement Claims:
Due to the nature of the internet and the free services that are
being offered, CandyHits cannot verify advertised claims, therefore,
the members of CandyHits should always use caution before entering
information or paying for any services advertised.
I understand
that it is MY responsibility to review these terms from time to time as
they may change without notification.
These TOS-Terms of Service
